  • Is your company insured ?
    Yes, we are fully insured. Insurance documentation can be disclosed before initiating contract.
  • What times can I have a domestic clean?
    Our domestic cleaning teams operate from 8am till 5pm .
  • How do I get a price for my clean ?
    We shall visit the property before hand or in some cases receive a walk through video of job at hand. so we can give you a accurate price for the service required .
  • Who will clean my premises ?
    You will have a designated cleaner/team for your premises. The staff allocated shall remain the same unless informed prior to works being commenced. All relevant security checks are carried out on all of our staff.
  • Do we need to supply cleaning materials ?
    Don't be silly we cater to you , we supply all cleaning equipment needed to carry out the job at hand.
  • What days and hours can I have my commercial premises cleaned ?
    We offer a 24 hour commercial cleaning service. We can attend at any time suited around the clock. We would require access out of hours for those necessary, so keys/fobs/codes would be applicable, this can be discussed further to our contracted schedule via our admission stage.

We are happy to accept payments bank transfers, direct debits or as a last resort cash.

Cancellation Policy

if for any reason you don't want to proceed with your clean we are happy to offer a free cancellation with more than 48 hours notice, if it is within the 48 hour period you will incur a 50% charge for the service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If your not happy with your clean contact us straight away and we will rectify the situation free of charge.
